Since 2019, we’ve awarded over $350,000 in scholarships and financial awards, helping students advance their education and supporting the educators who guide them. Each award is an investment in the future of the industry.

2026 Best Student Poster Winner: Harshil Goyal
Harshil Goyal of Auburn University has been recognized as the Best Student Poster Winner for his research titled “Reliability Assessment of Electronic Packages Under 10K–400K Thermal Cycling Using a Custom Cryostat.” His work explores the performance and durability of electronic packages under extreme temperature conditions, contributing valuable insights to the field of electronics reliability.
In addition to his academic achievements, Harshil serves as the Chapter President at Auburn University, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to advancing student engagement in the electronics industry.
2026 Best Student Paper Winner: Dorottya Varga
Dorottya Varga of Robert Bosch GmbH (Budapest, Hungary) has been recognized for the Winning Paper, “Connecting Microstructural Damage to Electrical Performance in Lead Free Solder Joints.” Her research provides important insights into how microstructural changes impact the electrical reliability of lead-free solder joints, helping to advance the performance and durability of modern electronic systems.
